Fabric products are generally suitable for outdoor or indoor long-distance viewing. Printing and sewing may not be 100% perfect, and minor imperfections may occur. For fabric materials, we do not recommend printing a colour proof, as exact colour consistency cannot be guaranteed for repeat orders due to variations in printing and drying temperatures. Some colour variation may occur and is considered acceptable.
No Design, Redesign or Editing Services. Please ensure that all artwork has been checked and meets the requirements. Artwork must be provided in the actual size or in the correct proportion to the ordered size.
We will not be responsible for checking artwork before production, including image sharpness, missing image /fonts, colours, or other artwork-related issues. If any artwork issue is identified before the order reaches “Printing” status, you may cancel the order (service charge may apply). Any refund will be credited to your account funds and can be used for a replacement order. Refunds to bank accounts are not available.
