Please note that for lightbox printing, there may be differences between the original artwork, the printed version when the light is on, and when the light is off. The light-off version will normally appear darker than the original artwork. Please refer to the Print Options for more details and examples.
No Design, Redesign or Editing Services. Please ensure that all artwork has been checked and meets the requirements. Artwork must be provided in the actual size or in the correct proportion to the ordered size.
We will not be responsible for checking artwork before production, including image sharpness, missing image /fonts, colours, or other artwork-related issues. If any artwork issue is identified before the order reaches “Printing” status, you may cancel the order (service charge may apply). Any refund will be credited to your account funds and can be used for a replacement order. Refunds to bank accounts are not available.
