For poster products, if your design contains font sizes smaller than 8pt or very small elements, we recommend choosing the Eco-Solvent or Epson 1440dpi machine for better print clarity. Minor printing imperfections such as lines, colour variations, dirt, or ink marks may occur. Most cutting is done by hand, so slight variations in size may occur. Die-cutting may not be 100% precise, and designs with borders may have slight unevenness.
No Design, Redesign or Editing Services. Please ensure that all artwork has been checked and meets the requirements. Artwork must be provided in the actual size or in the correct proportion to the ordered size.
We will not be responsible for checking artwork before production, including image sharpness, missing image /fonts, colours, or other artwork-related issues. If any artwork issue is identified before the order reaches “Printing” status, you may cancel the order (service charge may apply). Any refund will be credited to your account funds and can be used for a replacement order. Refunds to bank accounts are not available.
